Sample Requirement:

Collect specimen in a sterile swab with transport media. For cornea sample, gently
smear material on the surface of agar in C-shape, while inoculating the culture media
at the clinic. Close and secure the culture plates tightly with tape and for cornea
sample, send them to the lab as soon as possible for incubation.

Please do not refrigerate the inoculated plates.

For aqueous humour, vitreous humour and other samples, collect in sterile container.
