Resumption of Tissue500™ Processing

Lucence Singapore, one of our send out test referral laboratories, had earlier announced the suspension and turnaround time (TAT) delays for certain test services as they supported the nation’s COVID-19 testing.

We wish to inform you that you may order the Tissue500™ starting from 1 Feb 2021 as Lucence resumes their test services.

Complimentary Add-On Tests to be Offered for Every Tissue500™ or HemeMARK™ Ordered

In addition, Lucence will be offering complimentary add-on testing service to patients as a value-added service whenever a Tissue500™ or HemeMARK™ test is ordered. The complimentary add-on test is valid for orders made before 31 July 2021 (date inclusive), subject to extension.

For every Tissue500™ test ordered, the same patient is entitled to a complimentary LiquidHALLMARK® test that can be submitted to Lucence within 12 months from the date of tissue specimen submission.

For every HemeMARK™ test ordered, the same patient is entitled to a complimentary HemeMARK™ test using a secondary specimen type that can be submitted to Lucence within 30 days from the date of first sample submission. For example, if bone marrow was sent for the HemeMARK™ test, blood can be sent to Lucence within 30 days at no extra cost.
