As we step into a new year filled with promise and opportunity, we are thrilled to announce the appointment of our new CEO, Ms Faye Ting, who will officially join Parkway Laboratories (PLS) from 1 January 2025. Previously the Director of Operations at Gleneagles Hospital (GEH), one of the region’s most established and trusted healthcare facilities, Faye’s deep understanding of hospital operations and patient care positions her perfectly to lead PLS in its next chapter of growth.

Faye Ting brings a wealth of experience and an impressive history of achievements in the healthcare industry. Some of her key accomplishments include:

• Guiding Excellence During the Pandemic: During the COVID-19 pandemic, Faye played a pivotal role in leading GEH’s pandemic response, earning the prestigious PBM and Healthcare Humanity Awards for her extraordinary contributions.
• Regulatory and Operational Leadership: She successfully spearheaded the hospital’s MOH relicensing process under the new HCSA workflow, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Driving Innovation in Digital Health: As part of IHH Singapore, she led the implementation of a cutting-edge Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, transforming healthcare delivery and patient outcomes at the hospital.

These accolades reflect her commitment to advancing healthcare through innovation, operational excellence, and a deep sense of responsibility toward the communities she serves.

Faye’s appointment comes at an exciting time for IHH Laboratories as we continue to build on our foundation of excellence, leveraging digital transformation and sustainable practices to expand our reach and capabilities .Her passion for fostering collaboration, developing people, and delivering impactful solutions will be instrumental in driving PLS forward. She will report directly to Professor Dr Ibrahim Unsal, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Medical Officer of IHH Laboratories.

Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the healthcare sector. She is determined to work closely with our teams, partners, and stakeholders to shape a future where every patient experiences the highest standards of care.
