Note: We are not able to accept blood from patients with allogenic bone marrow transplants or blood transfusions less than 2 weeks prior to specimen collection.

LiquidHALLMARK® examines plasma circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) mutations in 80 genes, including fusions in 10 genes.

Targeted area (Lung, Breast, Colon, Ovarian, Endometrial, Pancreas, Prostate, Liver, Urothelial, Bile Duct, Gastric & Esophageal, Melanoma, Head & Neck, Gist, Nasopharyngeal)

ctRNA is available as add-on

Sample Requirement:

3 x 9 mL (27mL) peripheral blood in Streck tubes
